All purchases are final. I do not offer refunds or returns based on item preferences or item expectations. I will do my best to accommodate your color/cat breed requests, but those preferences will be based on availability of stock I have at the time of your order. 

I am not liable once your order has been shipped and in the hands of the delivery service. Please contact them for shipping issues.
